PT.Hutchinson CP Telecom Indonesia, as operator 3 (Three`), has invested US $ 1 billion, the equivalent of Rp 9.1 trillion, in the development of its telecommunications facilities in Indonesia."We plan to become the biggest operator 4 in Indonesia next year," marketing director of Hutchinson Suresh Reddy said in Jakarta Tuesday.
